Life Update: Talking Gyms, Motivation & Workout Clothes

It's been a hot minute since I've written a blog post! I feel like I've totally put my blog/personal life on the back burner since school has (obnoxiously) taken over. (*rude*). This last weekend, when I was on my flight from D.C. back to Memphis, I felt a sudden urge to write a new post, so, from the middle seat, I awkwardly bumped everyone beside me to get to my notebook and pen and started in...

Whenever I have an ounce of inspo, I have to take advantage of it. Honestly, it almost seems rare that I have these spurts to write for my blog since I'm constantly overloaded with work, school and my new job as a Bumble Ambassador. But that's exactly what's inspired my post today. Sometimes forcing yourself to take advantage of little moments of inspiration is what starts a ripple affect of positive change in your life. 

One specific thing for me that's been a huge struggle is getting back in a routine of working out and finding "me" time in my hectic schedule. It's so important to clear your mind or just have a good sweat in the gym to get your jumbled thoughts in order again. 

Today, I wanted to give y'all a mini guidebook/reference page to look at when you're considering buying a gym membership here in Oxford. There's so many cool places to try and I'm giving you the breakdown of prices, free trial opportunities and even some of the coolest clothing brands that are less known, but will make you stand out while you're there. (I love you Lululemon and Alo Yoga, but everyone already knows who you are...) 

Also, I thought it might be fun to share my Spotify workout playlist with you! I always find myself listening to the same handful of songs so I wanted to share those, along with some of my new obsessions that have been on repeat.
